Are you a shining example or a cautionary tale?

Delivering project status is a strategic opportunity to showcase your professionalism, your leadership skills and remind your executives that YOU are the right one to lead your current and future projects.

All eyes are on you. Have you shown up prepared, with pertinent information, knowledgeable about your project, and making a positive impression? Some of your colleagues will jump into the executive status session unprepared. They will forget the important details, they will behave unprofessionally, and they will suffer for it.

YOU are being judged. And your ability to run a project and to perform as a leader is being assessed while you present the latest about your project. Do not throw away this opportunity.

This short self-paced course will show you the following:
-How to be strategic with project status.
– Why organizational culture matters,
-How to take stakeholder analysis seriously.
-How to use what you know to communicate effectively.
-How to deliver difficult news.

And you will earn 1.5 professional development units.

You will start by taking a short assessment. This will show you your strengths and opportunities to shine even more brightly. And then, you can dive into some quick tips in key areas to be strategic when you deliver project status.
