Cancellation of recurring membership

Your satisfaction with pmStudent e-Learning as an overall program is our goal.  You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time without any fees or penalties, and without advance notification.  To cancel, simply contact us. Please tell us the First Name, Last Name and Email Address on your account. We will cancel your account as soon as possible, and you will no longer be able to access pmStudent e-Learning.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of purchase then you can contact us and ask for a refund.  Please tell us the First Name, Last Name and Email Address on your account.  Processing a refund also cancels your access to courses and all pmStudent paid content.  We will attempt to refund your money in the same way that you paid us.   If this is not possible for whatever reason, then we will work with you to find another way to refund you.  Please be patient.
